LONDON (Reuters) - The iconic black dress worn by Audrey Hepburn in the 1961 film "Breakfast at Tiffany's" sold for 410,000 pounds ($800,000) on Tuesday, around seven times its pre-sale estimate.

I'm trying to bid on an item in tonight's special event auction. Whatever bid I place, when I go through to the confirmation page, it states my maximum bid is one increment over the existing highest bid, i.e. not my maximum bid. This happens on both Firefox and IE.

Anyone else having this problem?

A couple of things strike me as odd, apart from the obvious "why bother, the original was great...."

High profile stars in what is basically a very low key suspense thriller, set for the most part in one room in a hotel waiting for the 3.10 train to Yuma.
