Thanks to all who crave Exploding Huts & Rambo clones screaming at the top of their lungs. One lucky purchaser, picked at random, may get a video snipet
considered too shocking even by Bruno Mattei. The clip in question being Mr. Ari Richards audition for a fairly recent Action flick from those Italian
Maestro's. Clearly after police investigations they conceded that Ari had indeed misheard the production call that was in fact for Asian Action star Hung
Well, & not a line call for the naked Extras !!!. bb

A genuine pleasure. Thank you for your support of the book, we really appreciate it
Please, all who kindly received the book do let us know what you think of it in the coming days. Thanks again. Some of the proceeds will go towards my Co-Authors budget ticket flight over to Australia to hook up with Mr. Ari Richards himself. The two are making a documentary about exploding huts & together they are planning to recreate a Bruno Mattei set made out of match sticks. Anyone interested in being an Extra for the planned movie to follow, please send an SAE to Ari. Be sure to let him know the TTK crew sent you to receive a free beer and a voucher enabling the bearer to a free pick from his Poster collection special reserve |

Having done my own fair share of film writing over the years (and lord knows how much reading other people's stuff) I finally got a chance to sink into
this on 3.5 hour coach ride home from the Big Smoke to Soldiers Point.
Almost always the biggest problem I have with film writing of any kind is that many books are simply collections of pics and/or posters with scanty, ill-researched text that's a labour to read.... you know, I want to read soemthing I haven't read before. TOUGH TO KILL delivers the goods. My own personal interest in the genre it covers is probably best described as " marginal" these days because I lived through the VHS revolution and saw more stuff then than I can ever remember now. However TOUGH TO KILL made me want to revisit several films I have seen years ago, and more to the point see the ones (those 4 exploding huts films must be rippers!) I haven't seen. Labours of love are all well and good and appreciated - but this is much more than that. Great job guys! Phil |

Thank you Phil. The book is an expression of true enjoyment of an Action genre encapsulated from the glorious Eighties, where the Euro gave more for its value
in Entertainment then than a moniker for monetary worth today !. With folk such as Quentin Tarantino revisiting the Action greatness from the time it is with
hopeful anticipation that others will follow & the likes of The Inglorious Bastards will follow. Now if only George Miller would get around to revamping
Mad Max, another genre of Post Apocalyptic flicks could follow. There is hope as both Doomsday & Death Race hit the right notes for over the top
'B' movie nirvana with pretty big budgets too boot this year.
Really pleased Tough To Kill hit the right notes for you Phil, ideal for a long coach journey & written to raise some chuckles just as viewing the movies themselves provided. Do revisit those flicks you saw Phil, and for sure check out some others that you may have been drawn to after reading the book. Every single movie watched had moments to savour, and many have that rewatch value for money & collectability too. Thanks so much once again. Happy viewing. Paul |

Well hubby found my copy on my desk and spent the rest of the afternoon reading and flicking through.
He thoroughly enjoyed reading it...and he doesn't enjoy reading very much at all |
