I never imagined the owner of an original Metropolis 3 sheet having a mullet. That's awesome.

CSM wrote: He is! He used to have a small shop in Mirvish Village called Cinema Images, if memory serves me. Maybe it had a different name. Anyway, great guy. And I think a decent source once told me that this Schacter character is ALSO a Canuck, just displaced. Huzzah! |

I met John a few years back at a show in Toronto. He had the table next to mine. Great guy. We do trades from time to time. He sells on eBay as cinemagraphics.
Check him out.

I have no problem with anyone's hairstyle, frankly. I part mine from left to right. Ken prefers a Kentucky water fall. No biggie.
I have read a lot about the Metropolis poster. I understand Ken purchased it from Andrew Cohen if "internet news" is remotely accurate. My question has always been what if Ken and Andrew could have just met without Reel Gallery as the broker? If you had an original German Intl Metropolis 3 sheet couldn't one make it be known without a high profile dealer for exposure? I don't know, and Mr. Cohen clearly thout it wisest to list it with Reel Gallery, but if you're Andrew, imagine just bumping into Ken at, say, Cinevent and just striking the deal directly. Wo. Awesome poster. Congrats to Ken! |

I don't know Andrew Cohen, but maybe he is an investor class type, who picks up the phone in his office and says "make it happen" instead of
shopping things around.
