Love that Radiohead video (and the song, and the whole In Rainbows CD, which has really grown a ton on me).
Glad you liked the Les and Chet. That Les Paul documentary continues to resonate with me. What an interesting, vital man.

I keep coming back to this show -- truly amazing. You forget what a powerful voice he had live back then.

And here are my heroes performing on of my favorite radiohead songs...
Actually, there is something rather creepy about two young girls singing this particular song...

was motivated purely by malice, and I deeply regret any distress that my comments may have caused you, or your family, and I hereby undertake not to repeat any

This is my favorite from Fiomily (Fiona & Emily... Emily is on the guitar)... Easily one of the best acts that I've come across, regardless of age, on
youtube. Usually the cover videos just get in the way of finding the real thing, but these are fun... heck, they are better than many of the opening acts that
I've paid to suffer through...

That is probably my favorite Neil Young songLook at us finding agreement on something. First UP, now this. (Actually, we seem fairly congruent on music.) For some reason After the Gold Rush always moves me.

Rockin' in the Free World - one of the best rock anthems ever written.Yup, although it is probably up there with Born in the USA as the most misunderstood popular song around, right?

Simon, to post youtube videos you have to use the video add button and then click 'add from HTML'. Then paste the embed code into the text box that
opens up...
it should end up something like this... Normally, I hate crap like this, but for some reason it works rather well...

Whatever it is (and it's a she, I'm certain) I do want it to ride my disco stick.
That said, pre-orders are waiting to be accepted for the new Gnaw Their Tongues release on both 2xlp and CD. Until mine comes (am I getting the special wooden box edition? don't know yet) I am enjoying the mp3 offered as an appetiser. Download or listen here, if you dare! |
